Snohomish County Office Information

On January 2, 2008 Lifelong AIDS Alliance began providing case management service in Snohomish County.

Our case managers are able to connect you to services you need to help keep you healthy.  We can also provide emotional support and assistance in working within the different systems.  Referrals may include: doctors, dentists, insurance, food, finances, housing, prevention case management, treatment adherence as well as mental health and chemical dependency treatment.  In addition, you may be able to receive gas vouchers, food vouchers, bus tickets and prescription assistance if you qualify under Ryan White eligibility.  In order to qualify for Ryan White services you must:

1-Have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis
2-Reside in Snohomish County
3-Have income less than 200% of the federal poverty level (less than $1,733.33 per month for a single person)

This information must be submitted to a case manager before services are received.

On the 4th Friday of every month there is a Friendship meal for all individuals who have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis, their friends/family as well as community and caregiver support.  These dinners are FREE to everyone.  The meal is located at United Methodist Church at 2005 Colby, Everett and begin at 5p.  RSVP at 425-252-7751.
