Lifelong welcomes groups that would like to volunteer! Please visit our Group Volunteer page for more information about our program and volunteer opportunities.

Due to space limitations, we must limit group size to a maximum of 15 volunteers at a time for on-site opportunities. However, we are happy to have groups of any size at our community events throughout the year.

Except for some of our community events, volunteers must be at least 14 years of age to volunteer with Lifelong and groups under the age of 18 must have a ratio of one adult per every five youths. Please note that many of our volunteer opportunities are limited to those over the age of 18.

Group Volunteer Procedures

1. Submit the group volunteer application below.

2. Submit volunteer applications for each individual in the group. Individuals over the age of 18 may submit an online volunteer application. Individuals under the age of 18 must complete a paper volunteer application and obtain signed permission by their parent or legal guardian prior to volunteering. All Lifelong volunteers will be subject to a required background check.

3. The volunteer coordinator will review your request and contact you within two (2) business days of receipt. It may take up to two weeks to confirm agency volunteer needs and volunteer placement.

4. The volunteer department may not be able to grant your request due to group size, volunteer age, agency schedules or agency volunteer needs.
